Pharmacy Services & Diabetes Care

Cottage Homecare is an affiliate of Cottage Pharmacy Home Health Care Center in Woodbury and 110 Pharmacy and Surgical Supply in Melville; thus we are able to provide a full complement of pharmacy services including prescription medication and sickroom supplies. All medication and supplies may be ordered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays. Free delivery can be arranged at the patient's convenience.

Cottage Homecare Services is also a recognized Diabetes Home Healthcare Center. Diabetes education and counseling can be provided in coordination with the Physicians Plan of Care, by our Certified Diabetes Educators.
